Our client, based in Edenvale, is looking for an Accountant who thrives on precision and keeps finances running like clockwork. You’ll handle bookkeeping, reporting, and compliance while supporting business decisions. If you love structure, accuracy, and making numbers behave, this role is for you.
Key Performance Areas:
Month-end procedures
Monthly processing of bank statements, accounts receivable and accounts payable
Reconciliations
Reviewing accounts
Filing of VAT returns and record keeping
Managing VAT audits
Assisting with the preparation of financial statements
Requirements:
Qualified Bookkeeper (bookkeeping up to trial balance) or a degree in Accounting (optional)
5+ years’ experience in a similar role
