We are seeking a motivated and detail-driven Audit Senior with hands-on experience across a diverse client portfolio to join our clients finance team based in Somerset West, Western Cape. Skilled in leading audit teams, mentoring junior staff, and providing practical, value-adding insights to clients. Known for strong communication skills, professionalism, and a collaborative working style.
Requirements:
Speaking Afrikaans (advantageous)
Completed SAICA articles
Able to register as an AGA (advantageous)
2–4 years’ post-articles experience in an audit environment
Strong knowledge of IFRS and IFRS for SMEs
Proven experience in leading audit teams and managing junior staff
Experience dealing directly with clients, including management and partners
Strong technical accounting and audit skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficient in CaseWare, MS Excel, and audit software
Experience with SME and owner-managed businesses
Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle (advantageous)
