Key Performance Areas:
Scrub and assist surgeons during complex cardiothoracic procedures.
Prepare and maintain theatre equipment and instruments for cardiac and thoracic surgeries.
Ensure strict adherence to aseptic and infection‑control protocols.
Anticipate surgical needs and manage the sterile field efficiently.
Collaborate with anaesthetic and recovery teams for seamless patient care.
Maintain accurate surgical documentation and instrument counts.
Support theatre efficiency through proactive communication and teamwork.
Requirements:
Degree in Nursing.
Degree in Operating Theatre or Perioperative Nursing.
