Shift Pursuit is seeking an experienced ICU-trained Clinical Facilitator in Pretoria, Gauteng to lead, mentor, and support nursing staff within a high-acuity environment. This role focuses on clinical training, staff development, and ensuring best practices in critical care delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing with a postgraduate qualification in Nursing Education.
Postgraduate clinical specialization: Critical Care Nursing
Relevant Masters’ degree is recommended, however not compulsory.
Registration of all qualifications, including the assessor and moderator qualification, with the South African Nursing Council is compulsory
Basic Life Support certified
Additionally:
Computer proficiency (MS Office packages and learning management systems) is essential
Driver’s license and ability to travel is essential
