We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Deputy Nursing Manager to join a leading private hospital in Lenasia. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong nursing leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the effective management of nursing services.
Key Performance Areas:
Support the Nursing Manager in the effective management of nursing services.
Provide strong leadership and guidance to nursing teams.
Ensure high standards of patient care and clinical excellence.
Assist with staff management, performance and development.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures and clinical governance standards.
Support the efficient management of resources and day-to-day nursing operations.
Promote a positive, professional and patient-centred healthcare environment.
Requirements:
Registered with SANC as a Professional/Registered Nurse.
A relevant Nursing Management qualification is essential.
Minimum of 5 years’ nursing management experience.
Previous experience in a senior nursing management role will be advantageous.
Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
Sound knowledge of private hospital operations and clinical governance.
