Our client, an established architectural practice, is seeking an experienced Professional Architect to join their Cape Town team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong architect to work on exciting projects within a collaborative, BIM-driven environment while contributing to projects from design development through to delivery.
The successful candidate will bring a strong balance of design excellence, technical expertise and project coordination skills, with the confidence to work effectively alongside multidisciplinary teams.
Key Performance Areas:
Develop and deliver architectural designs across multiple project stages.
Produce high-quality technical documentation using Revit.
Collaborate with consultants and project teams within a BIM environment.
Coordinate project information and maintain technical quality throughout delivery.
Contribute to successful project outcomes from design development through completion.
Key Skills:
Advanced Revit and BIM proficiency.
Strong architectural design and technical detailing abilities.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Requirements:
SACAP Registered Professional Architect.
Approximately 10 years’ relevant industry experience.
Strong proficiency in Revit.
Experience:
Strong technical and architectural design experience.
Experience across design development, technical documentation and project delivery.
Confidence working within a BIM-based project environment.
Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams throughout project delivery.
