We are seeking a Project Manager/Site Agent to oversee flooring projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Performance Areas:
Project planning: Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Client liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
Team leadership: Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Quality assurance: Monitor workmanship and compliance with specifications.
Risk management: Identify potential issues and implement mitigation strategies.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management.
ISO: Monitor and implement of the 19001, 14001 and 45001 systems.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 7 years’ experience in project management within construction or flooring applications.
Strong knowledge of industrial flooring systems and construction processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Excellent in Office packages or similar tools.
