Key Performance Areas:
Assist with the preparation of annual financial statements.
Perform bookkeeping and monthly accounting functions.
Assist with tax calculations, tax returns and SARS submissions.
Support monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
Assist with reconciliations and general accounting duties.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Gain exposure to a variety of clients and accounting-related tasks.
Requirements:
BCom Accounting, BCom Financial Accounting or a relevant accounting qualification.
Intention to pursue or currently pursuing the SAIPA training route.
Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
